Marine & Offshore Electrical Systems

Cleanaseal 95D FastDry is ideal for environments exposed to moisture, salt spray, corrosion, and vibration. It safely cleans:

  • Shipboard electrical cabinets & switchboards
  • Marine generators and alternators
  • Navigation & communication panels
  • Offshore platform power distribution boards
  • Winch motors, cranes, and deck machinery
  • Corrosion-prone connectors and terminal boxes

Its ultra-low conductivity (<1×10⁻¹¹ S/m) and fast evaporation (10–20 s) prevent tracking and flashover even in high-humidity marine conditions.

Oil & Gas Platforms (Onshore & Offshore)

Designed for harsh industrial environments, Cleanaseal 95D FastDry performs exceptionally well on:

  • Explosion-proof electrical cabinets (without leaving residue)
  • PLC & control panels exposed to hydrocarbon vapors
  • Motor control centers (MCC)
  • Relay rooms & switchgear
  • Emergency generator sets
  • Sensors, junction boxes & instrument panels

The product is non-flammable, maintains stability up to 120°C, and leaves no conductive film — making it suitable for maintenance during shutdowns or controlled energized work.

Petrochemical & Refinery Electrical Systems

Perfect for cleaning equipment contaminated with:

  • Oil mist
  • Carbon dust
  • Grease
  • Polymerized residues
  • Process contaminants

Typical applications include:

  • DCS & PLC cabinets
  • Control panel busbars
  • Insulators and power terminals
  • High-voltage equipment and switchgear
  • Rotating electrical machines exposed to chemical atmospheres

Its ultra-dry water content (≤2 ppm) minimizes any risk of dielectric breakdown in refinery environments.

Motors, Alternators & Generators

Cleanaseal 95D FastDry can be used to clean:

  • Windings coated with oil or carbon
  • Cooling duct residues
  • Slip rings & commutator areas
  • Junction boxes and terminal boards

Because it evaporates rapidly and leaves no residue, it is safe for use on:

  • Large industrial motors
  • Marine generators
  • Backup generators
  • Turbine alternators

Electrical Panels, Switchgear & Control Cabinets

Suitable for both energized and de-energized maintenance (following NFPA 70E / IEC 61482 safety procedures), including:

  • High-voltage switchgear
  • Low-voltage distribution panels
  • Busbars and insulators
  • Protective relays
  • Contactors, circuit breakers & terminal blocks
  • Sensitive PCB assemblies

Its dielectric strength ≥45 kV ensures safe cleaning with minimal risk of re-energization failure.

Mining, Industrial & Harsh Environments

Adapted for sectors requiring a cleaner that withstands dust, vibration, and extreme heat:

  • Mining substations
  • Conveyor motor systems
  • Outdoor cabinets exposed to moisture
  • Heavy industrial machinery
  • Remote power stations

Cleanaseal 150 THV

Cleanaseal 150 THV is a high-end hyper-dielectric cleaner engineered for safe cleaning of live electrical circuits, high-voltage systems (up to 55 kV+), and sensitive electronic boards operating at temperatures up to 120°C.
It delivers controlled evaporation (50–70 s), excellent surface wetting, anti-static protection, and zero conductive residue after drying.

The formula is non-halogenated, non-flammable in typical use (flash point >90°C), and compatible with a wide range of plastics (ABS, PC, PVC, FR-4). It effectively removes oil, flux, grease, carbon, and dust from industrial electrical assemblies.

Typical Applications:
– Power control boards & PLC cabinets
– HV switchgear & mining rigs
– Industrial electronic modules
– Sensitive live circuits requiring residue-free cleaning

Methods: Spray, dip, or ultrasonic; no rinsing required.

Cleanaseal 150 THV is ideal for facilities demanding maximum electrical safety, stable performance, and clean operation in industrial, enclosed, or high-temperature environments.

Cleanaseal 110 HV Lite

Cleanaseal® 110 HV Lite is a high-voltage dielectric cleaner and conditioning fluid designed for energized and de-energized equipment. It removes surface contamination while leaving a thin hydrophobic protective film that reduces tracking, limits corona discharge, and enhances long-term insulation performance.

With a dielectric strength of 40–45 kV, ultra-low conductivity, and controlled evaporation (3–6 minutes), it is ideal for outdoor and indoor electrical systems exposed to moisture, salt, dust, or industrial pollution.

Typical Applications:
– High-voltage insulators (porcelain, glass, composite)
– Bushings, connectors, busbars & switchgear
– Transmission equipment in polluted or coastal environments
– Control panels & enclosures
– Motors, alternators, generators (when de-energized)
– Surfaces needing long-lasting hydrophobic conditioning

Benefits:
– Low-odor formula
– Hydrophobic conditioning layer improves reliability
– Reduces leakage current & corona discharge
– Compatible with HV spray guns
– Stable up to 70°C
– Suitable for most insulating materials

Cleanaseal 110 HV Lite is ideal for high-voltage maintenance in marine, offshore, utility, industrial, and contaminated outdoor environments, where insulation performance and long-term protection are critical.
